White Paper on family policies and birth rates

The White Paper, approved by the Provincial Government in July 2009, proposes 60 concrete actions to support the family. Among the most significant, we find the "taking charge" of the population included in the 0-3 age bracket with an increase also in nursery schools, the gratuity on the front of the provincial tariff policies for the third and subsequent children, the extension of the loan 'honor, concessions for large families, the strengthening of family allowances, the expansion of the exemption range of the health ticket and the Family card.
